::The worst bank ever. Very small number of employs (or they simply dont work), its always crowded (simply "Salter ne radi"). You wait to long in the line to be said to come tmrw. If they promise that something will be done today or tmrw it will be done in one week or more. It like a public Balkan company. If you want to open an account for a businesses they simply say you cant because or office director is on vacation. For the car because you wait to long in the line, you risk to get a ticket from the police. They have 5 to 10 % good employees, the rest just rude. Trouble and stress.... I would give them a negative mark if it exists. All Intesa banks in Sarajevo are like this.
