::Terrible experience as a foreigner living in this country for 8 years. It began with the security guard just staring into my face and lazily pointing me at the customer relations table. After standing by the table for about 15 minutes and waiting for the previous customer to leave, I got called out to by a lady in a fashion of "Oh. You were there? I almost left without realizing." with "what do you want", literally, in Bosnian. I requested information on account creation opportunities. I was as nice as I could and asked "I have Bosnian ID and would like to have info on how I can create an account here" whereas she replied with "You can't create an account!" even after I repeated my question multiple times with different wording, with my best Bosnian. Finally she was like "Oh, you have a card? Give me." Naturally, I thought she meant the ID card I had been talking about all that time. I gave her the card and she was like "What's this?" while flipping it in her hand and then added "This is nothing." Having it made clear to me that I couldn't create an account as a foreigner with a Bosnian ID card, I was about to get up when she said "Oh. Are you a student?" to which I replied with "Yes?" She told me a student account could be opened with some limitations but I'd need to get a bunch of documents, which she counted. I stopped listening after a while and later left to create an account from a neighboring bank office which had only wanted a photocopy of my ID card, their form filled, and a proof of residence document. Oh, and every single person in the office spoke perfect English and was extremely polite, including the security guard.

::They don't know a word of English, which is okay but they don't act nice at all. The lady working there was being mad at us because we didn't know how to properly talk in Bosnian and she was like "I don't understand anything you're telling me" in Bosnian. The only thing we wanted was information about opening a bank account and she was rude. And we waited for some time until she could stop chatting with her friend in front of the printer. Overall, I didn't like the experience I had in here. Staff are rude.
