  There were wondering receptionists, a lady and a gentleman and the gentleman was very rude. Wasn't of any assistance at all. They directed me to the police station West and all they have me was an address. I didn't have money for a taxi and asked for directions and they didn't give me. I could figure it out by myself. The man even made a wave away gesture to me when I asked if they could tell me where the tourist information center was or where I could find a paper map. They didn't care at all about my comfort of getting there, I could figure it out by myself. I was happy the lady understood English and was able to explain me what was going on. Terrible experience altogether and I left displeased with the police force of TUZLA. The west station was totally the opposite, way better and friendlier than in the central station. People told me it was normal, they could even describe theam at the front desk and apparently it is his character to be such a dick. Yes I said dick, there's no better word for him, and I bet you he doesn't even care! If they care about their visitors, they should replace him asap.
