  Uzasni i neprofesionalni. Od 9og mjeseca pokusavam podici novac poslan preko Moneygrama, svaki put kad odem u poslovnicu u Sentadi, neljubazna djevojka ma salteru kaze "sistem ne radi". U zadnjem pokusaju da podignem novac, ista djevojka mi je rekla " da je transakcija istekla". Odem do Nove Banke odmah mi isplatili novac, bez problema.

  Sberbank still one of the best banks operating in BiH. The staff will try to help as much as they can despite that the system they are operating is either old, complicated, or they didn't get the appropriate training for it. Otherwise the service is good and there are no hidden fees nor charges.
