  I don't understand why has that good reviews.. The room was dirty, the shower broken, the towels ruined. I am a bit surprised how it got +8 rate in booking.

  The worst unprofessional stuff ever seen in hotel bussines.Recepcionists Snjezana and Aleksandra should be banned from working in hospitality industry, at all.Hotel itself is so and so, fine generaly, with some small improvements could be better. Unfortunately those persons working there are runining every possible good impression about anything. There are much better options among hotels in Banja Luka, stay away from this one.

  Clean hotel close to the center for affordable price. Staff extremely friendly and helpful which makes your stay very comfortable. Rooms are very big.
