  Nice and clean. I would come back. The people are friendly and the breakfast is good.

  يعتبرجيد لكن الغرفه حارة التكييف نظام جماعي يا حار يابارد ماقدرت انام ولازم افتح الدريشه وصوت السيارات مزعج لانه الفندق عالشارع

  Was passing through Sarajevo and stayed here for one night. Staff were helpful in giving transport advice. Most spoke good English. Room was spotless. Location, as others said, is about 30mins walk from centre, but bus service is regular every 10min or so

  The best service of my life! Hotel Grad is a refreshingly modern establishment that represents what Sarajevo as a whole strives to be. With multiple people at the front desk, you can have all your needs met by the attentive staff. The rooms are very modern, with large bathrooms showcasing rain showers. The breakfast here is all you can eat, with more than enough options. Also, the expresso is amazing!

  فندق هاديء جداً جميل نظيف مرتب .. الطاقم جداً متعاون ولطيف .. المطعم حلال .. قريب من محطة وبقالة ٢٤ ساعة .. طاقم العمل مسلمين وودودين .. شكراً ليلى شكراً كمال .. thanks laijla thanks kamal “ i will not forget your name 🤣
