  I stayed in hotel Cezar in Banja Luka in March of this year. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are very good and in the morning we enjoyed a perfect breakfast. In front of the hotel you can have a drink and relax a bit as there is a bar where they serve drinks and snacks. We spend two days in the City centre of Banja Luka. Hotel Cezar is located close to some nice restaurants and bars.

  This is a very nice hotel, close to the city center but also at 300m from the main road so it can be easily reached. Rooms are not very big but have all the confort you need.
