  Very bad place. I stayed at their home through Air BNB. The agency uses the basement of the home as a car wash. Early in the morning, the car wash employees would start playing loud music, which would wake me up. There was loud construction in the home's courtyard with sharp pieces of metal and nails lying on the ground. I wanted to extend my stay by one night and when payment came, the owner tried to cheat me by having pay for two additional nights. The owner said he could take me on a tour of Mostar but only ended up taking me to Mostar and dropping me off at the bus station. The owner lied about his Tour of Mostar and demanded that I pay 100 Euros. Stay away from this organization.
