  i am 100% satisfied with their service and I only drive my cars to this VW. In the past 4 years I have drove'n 3 cars to VW Nipex, and every time I am satisfied with their professional knowledge to the car and it's problems. In those 4 years I have never had Reklamation what so ever. Countries as for example Denmark should take a look at VW Nipex and learn something. If I want something fixed or checked out, then I drive 2000 Kilometers from Denmark to Bosnia, rather then go to a VW in Denmark. Where customer service in Denmark is a big 0. I would especially give thanks to Mr. Mico in VW Nipex and congrats him on his professional knowledge and Customer service skills. Over all I think the price is solid and the service is top. I would recommend this place before any other in Europe I have tried so far.
