Juliet is one of the chattiest people you'll ever meet and has turned her launderette into an informal cafe, one of Sarajevo's nicest. The actual laundry service is also on point: my clothes were cleaned quickly and folded so well you'd think they had been pressed.

::Great and friendly service from Juliet. Professional service with a warm smile. Also, was really pleased that the laundry was ready before promised time especially considering it seemed to be quite busy at the time. Everything (3 big loads) was very neatly folded and packaged on pick up.
