  We rented a Opel Astra SDN including a car seat for our 5 month old baby. The car was overall ok - but we had difficulties with fastening the seat belts in the back!!! and the car seat was horrible - it was filthy and woren down - and was not proper for a baby of 5 months, even though we were told that it fit for 0-18 kg it was more for 9-18 kg. The service and communication via WhatsApp was ok. Probably not renting a car there again...

  When we came to Tuzla airport, the intercar desk was easy to find. The renting procedure was smooth and Bojan was really friendly. The communication afterwards was very easy via Whatsupp app. As I said, Bojan was extremely helpful and caring. The return of the car was also pleasant experience, becouse we could find the return stop, however Bojan came for us and led us to the location. Summary: It is really awesome car rental, with brand new cars, normal prices and exclusive service. There was no downside of our business. Recommend for 100%.

  One of the best car rental experience I've ever had. You can always text them on Whatsapp, they will respond even in the middle if the night. Good job!
