  This is April and Ismail, and Paul on his birthday. April, I'm generally opposed to the language of self help, but in getting through this life there are some things it's useful to hear and to say. And what I thought to say, but didn't, was that I think the work you do is valuable. Specifically, while as I said rehab doesn't work universally, the same set up steps doesn't work for any two people, the cognitive behavior therapy you spoke of is a useful component of quitting. Really, after the desire to quit, all a person needs to know, and what a person does need to know, is that it is possible to and how to control ones thoughts. That's all and I'm glad we met -- whatever the motivation was that led to that.
